I wanted a second opinion on my furnace issue and decided to call Roman Home Services after seeing all the reviews and their high star rating. My technician Neal was friendly, very knowledgeable and respectable of my home. My furnace issue was diagnosed and determined within a half an hour. I appreciated Neal’s wealth of knowledge and expertise and felt at ease with the final diagnosis. I’m so happy I got a second opinion. Unlike the first company, Neal respected that I had a limited budget and offered me furnace replacement options that allowed me to select the most economical choice for my home. I am very satisfied with the level of service that I received during my service call with Neal! The same day of my service call; I had decided to change the model I had selected for my morning installation the next day. The Residential Customer Service reps were so patient and understanding. I called in the last hour, they were calm, and I kid you not, the anxiety I felt from this being my first furnace purchase melted away as we spoke. Going forward Roman Home Services will always be my first choice! Thanks to you all for a great experience, I love my new Lennox Elite furnace!!!

Doug did a great job installing our ring doorbell and cameras! He was early to the appointment, very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us through setting up our devices and showing us how to change the batteries and other settings when needed. He also completed a complimentary inspection of the house. We enjoyed working with Doug and would definitely use both him and Roman Electric again!

These guys are amazing. Can't say enough about their professionalism. Very courteous, takes their time to explain it all, and best of all, very reasonable in price. Didn't even mention that they are always on time and call ahead to let you know they're on their way. Been using this company for years and will continue to use them in our new house!

Roman Electric was the third electrician to come out, but they solve our problem. We couldn't be happier with the results. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and efficient.
